I bought this mat to use in BodyBalance. The mat is very thick and much more comfortable than the gym issued mats but the main fault with it (and it's a big one) is it does not stickto the floor and slips across the floor which is rather dangerous. I'll probably need to fork out for another one for fear of falling on my face or pulling muscles in my legs trying to correct myself from the slipping mat.Choose something else
