Nice mug. I think it is made of real bamboo, you can smell that. Fine and smooth hand feel. Light weight. I like it very much. Will use it time to time drinking coffee.

Nice cup, I like the look. But cold beverages do not stay cold for long. I have several double wall cups with a lid that will keep beverages cold overnight. This one is about 1 - 2 hours and all of the ice is melted and the drink is room temp.

I purchased this for my wife so she can have a hot or cold drink when she's on the road. I like the bamboo look of the mug and the fact that it's a sustainable material. After a few months though, the lid became too loose to safely use.This came to my attention one morning after making my wife a cup of tea. I poured the tea into the cup and then replaced the lid. The lid wouldn't tighten up and I had to ask myself if the lid was this loose after we initially purchased it. No doubt it wasn't and it had loosened up substantially and dangerously, especially if a spill occurs with a hot beverage inside.We wanted to like this mug but with the obvious danger of a loose lid, I had to promptly trash it. I'll keep looking for a similar item. In the interim, this is a paperweight and IMO, only deserves two stars.And lastly, if you do own this cup, please check the lid daily to avoid any hot beverage related hazards.

The bamboo on the outside makes it so you can hold the mug even when the coffee is really hot. It keeps my coffee hot the right amount of time, it's stainless steel on the inside, doesn't leak when I drink it, and it's not plastic!

I've ordered this cup 4 times. I love it. It's a great look....and different.

The only thing going for this mug is that it is pretty. Other than that. 20 minutes after pouring tea or coffee it is ice cold. It's a cheap lid with a crappy rubber seal that leaked on the first use. If we hadn't used the mug twice already I would be returning it.
