Had this pc a week now, Works Great, Nice compact and quiet, 1st one got damaged while being shipped but the company was already in the process of organising a replacement when I contacted them for a delivery update, Friendly professional comms, good price, I would buy from them again

Too loud.
Very loud whirring sound from unit. From what I can gather online, fan issues are common. Will probably have to change the fan which is not good in a PC so recently purchased.

Incomplete or corrupted OS setup shipped with brand new unit
Apparently a nice unit, but encountered serious operating system issues on setup. Less than three weeks after turning on the unit, finish setting up the Windows Operating system, and transferring data from old PC to this unit, Windows started showing a message that activation was required. I tried checking the Activation Settings in Control Panel, but that screen freezes. Turns out that the Software Protection service is stopped, and cannot be started due to some error. Perhaps I can ty to diagnose and troubleshoot this, but this is not the ideal state for a brand-new unit. I've bought two other mini-PCs from other manufactures, and the experience there was smooth. This company appears to have no phone support (Something I should have checked before buying). I may end up having to wipe this unit of the data I transferred and return it. (Edit) Because of where I installed the unit, I could not get to it in a timely manner to try the suggested fix by e-mail support: re-install the OS from a download on there site. With time growing short, I may call it and just wipe the data and return it. I see many positive reviews on this unit, so I hope for anyone buying this that I encountered a fluke.
