We loved this mattress for the first couple years then one day we woke up and realized there were two huge dips where our bums aligned with the mattress. We tried going through the warranty and thought it was an issue with the latex or some material inside. We were not covered by warranty due to never using a mattress protector(the one we bought was too loud and we never got around to buying another one). We decided to do some investigation and found that the springs had completely shifted leaving two huge gaps! We are so disappointed in this mattress that we spent big bucks on and are disappointed with this company.
