Plastic
The "[High Quality Material]" is plastic and I managed to snap one of the crown points tightening it onto the valve stem - and not aggressively or anything, just normal finger-tightening. I like the look of them but they'll be destroyed if I bump a curb. I'll enjoy the looks while they last and drive carefully I guess lol.
