I only had this dispenser for a few days but If the product holds up and doesn't quit on me in the near future it's solid product. It dispenses well, looks decent and mounts nicely to the wall (comes with a 3m tape for glass/mirror or flat wall attachment as well as a wall mount with screws). There are a few things however that annoy me which is why I could only give it 4 out of 5 stars:1. It only has 2 options for dispensing: 0.6ml and 1.2ml. Both of which I feel is too little for a good amount to wash your hands. I wish they had included a third option for 1.8ml as well.2. The writing on the dispenser bottle has Chinese letters all over it. Not a big fan of having something written in a foreign language I cannot read - who knows what it says (i'm sure it's just a translation of what is already written in English).3. The dispenser takes a bit to push out the foam. I wish they could somehow speed up the motor to dispense it twice as fast. As it is right now you have to hold your hands under it for 2-3 seconds. This can be done faster, I've seen it at work places.

I am not sure if it is "defective" or just really sensitive. I only have one but it is much more sensitive than other hand sensing products that I use since it is the only one that will occasionally turn on when my cat walks past it. I may need to have someone mount it to the wall instead of being on the countertop.

I wanted to love this thing, but I had trouble getting enough of them that work!I have 3 bathrooms and wanted enough of these for all the bathrooms, but after ordering 4 of them and only 2 working I gave up.But I will say for the 2 that work they are excellent, exactly what you would want from a foaming soap dispenser.Puts out plenty of soap and beautiful design.

Wonderful dispenser. I'm already using three in my house,but wall Plastic plate piece all of them are broken. It is too uncomfortable to put on the floor. I want to buy plastic. Where can I buy ?

I purchased in September and it worked great for about a month. After I threw away the box, the unit started acting up. Literally like the next day and throwing away the packaging, the unit start having problems. Sensor didn't seem to be working so I changed the batteries. No change. Then I started using a tooth brush/toothpick to clean out the hole where the soap comes out. Seemed to help. After a few more tries the sensor started working again. Problem solved. A few weeks went by and it happened again. No blue lights on the unit when putting our hands under the sensor. If you pushed down on the buttons they lit up and looked they were working, but they weren't. Cleaned out the sensor area again (the spout for the soap) and it started working again. Another few weeks had gone by, same problem. Changed batteries again and no change. Cleaned out the dispensing spout and no change. So frustrated I threw the item away. So here I am having spent $50 plus on a soap dispenser I thought would last for years only to have it last for about 3 months and now it's in the trash!! BEWARE. Don't buy this product.

We like this soap dispenser. It took a little trial and error to get the right proportions of water/soap but overall we are very pleased. I like that it responds to the loofah and not just my hand.

Every one who comes over talks up the soap dispenser, it get so many compliments about it. It stylish and puffs out a good amount of soap. The soap straw that puts the soap out clogs easy though but nothing a toothpick cant clean out.

Great soap dispenser. Some soaps will harden in the spout but you can easily remove the spout and remove the blockage. Dispenser itself works every time and looks nice. Holds a lot of soap. I do not set this off by accident very often which was a concern on the previous hands free dispenser I had.
