Been taking it about a week. I live in Oklahoma and we have been in the nineties so far (very early). I sweat a ton but I also work out. I have a sensitive stomach too. So far, no stomach issues, mixes well, and absolutely no cramping. The fruit punch is actually quite tasty!

My daughter recommended this, and I'm glad I tried it. One scoop of electrolytes works well, tastes great, and hydrates better than water. I drink a lot of water, so using electrolytes is helpful. I'm happy I tried it.

Fruit Punch flavor- delicious, no chemical taste , sweet enough, just made my drink. Dissolves well. I added a squeeze of a lemon, just because I Ike everything extra sour, but it’s good without it. And the cost is less than other brands. Really recommend it, at least the fruit punch flavor

Tastes great, keeps me and my family hydrated, even helping certain ones who don't drink enough water otherwise. I'm not too picky about flavor, I don't mind the grape at all, but my buddy loathes it. The fruit punch is the star flavor. Blends well, but naturally the little bits stick around and get icky if you keep it in a bottle for too long without emptying and cleaning it out, just like any other sort of juice-thing. This doesn't even get into how nutricost is always so cost-efficient. I may LOVE the white peach from liquid IV, but I'm not splurging the bank with having this every day.
