not as great i expected

This jump rope makes working out easy and fun.Best thing about it, both adults and kids can use it, due to its adjustable feature.I must say the foam handle is a really nice touch, you wont have to work about getting a calloused palm from too much friction.Its a comfortable hold and at the same time you have a firm grip of the handles.It is very lightweight and moves very well, which makes your work out fun and you get to do more and burn more calories because it is something you actually enjoy doing.Never thought I'd find a jump rope so suitable, glad I was able to test it out at a promotional discount for my honest review. This jump rope stands out above the rest and i love the storage pouch that come with it. Highly recommend.

I like this right now, but from having only used it daily since received it only a couple of weeks ago, I can already see significant fraying and wear in the rope both at the center from contact w/ the ground, and at the handles. I'm concerned that its lifespan won't be as long as I'd like, but in the meantime, it performs the task that I want it to do - it's not one of those cable speed ropes that whips back and slaps me, but it's also not as thick and as heavy of a rope as I was looking for. It falls in the "just-A-OK" category for me. Also wanted to add that putting a roll of pennies, or a roll of nickels in the handles is the perfect length, weight, and circumference.Update 12/7: 1st rope wore away entirely to cables beneath after 1.5 wks. of use. Replacement jumprope was sent to me and rope snapped at handles at its 3rd use. (Pic below.) Not terribly pleased w/ quality, but their customer service has been prompt and friendly.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas and she is a heavy duty fitness buff. She didn't like it as much as the one at our trainer's gym, saying it was not "stiff enough", which made it harder to use. Chris from RSE emailed me after I made this comment on Amazon and offered to send another model to us via Priority Mail at no charge. Unfortunately, the function for my wife was not much different from the original one. On the plus side, it is reasonably priced, the foam handles are comfortable and the swivel action is very useful. Plus, RSE's customer service is wonderful. It just wasn't the right one for my wife, it could very be well for anyone else.

I have come too love jump-roping and have found it to be a very great way to stay in shape and this jump rope seems to be very well made as well as durable, plus I like the carrying case it comes with, therefore, I would recommend this to anyone seeking a way to receive a great work-out. AAAA+ 10/10

Don't buy it if you want to waste your money after a week. I was so excited to start my jump rope everyday with this product. I jump 10 minutes everyday. On the sixth day of using it, the middle part of the rope opened up,where it touches the ground the most. You can see the rubber inside. I will post a picture of it. Totally a waste of money and time.

So far so good. The handle are a bit on the cheap side but I knew what I was expecting for the price. I like it and use it at work before others come in.

I use these very often for cardio and workout.

Love this "rope".....it's actually a great height, and super easy for jumping!!!!

Light weight, easy to use. Travels well. What's not to like?
