I purchased this due to my baby being born with hip dysplasia. It was very hard to keep her warm and she could only be in a onesie no pants or pajama sleepers. This was extremely helpful and we were desperate. Most infants can be swaddled but ours could not due to wearing a harness. It was very comfortable for her and it’s big enough to last her a few months.

Good perfectly over a Pavlik harness. The shoulder snaps makes it very easy to get on and off. The only downfall is that the is stitching inside the sack that holds the padding in place. Sometimes the harness velcro will catch the stitching and will pull it up or break it.

My little nefew is loving staying warm and comfortable while in his brace with this on him, plus it makes his mom (my sister) happy to know he is warm and safe. Easy to use, we recommend it for any infant needing to wear the brace.
