This solar panel works well and it's solidly built.

I connected a cable to this solar panel and I use it to keep my car battery charged during the winter period. We don't use the car very much and this panel does a good job of maintaining the battery voltage so when we start the vehicle the battery isn't flat! The peak output voltage off load is about 17v and the max output current is about 2 amps. The eco worthy customer support is second to none! Very good!
