Works great
These are perfect for all the Japanese motorcycles from the 70’s! They fit in the speedometer and tachometer, as well as the idiot lights on the cb550/ cb500 models. Makes seeing the neutral indicator possible in direct sunlight and makes the gauges really shine bright at night

Nice and narrow, but bright.
Bought these to replace some filament bulbs in my car that use the #1847 type bulb (ba9 bayonet base, tall and thin) and these fit in the rather narrow enclosure nicely. (Metal tube with a small cutout to allow illumination on a specific part of a dial). They're very bright- compared to a standard 2.2W bulb they replace, at least.

Works Great in my 1970 Road Runner
I had to replace the marker lights on my 1970 Roadrunner trailer. Initially, I was going to replace the old lights with LED Markers but due to the cost, I decided to replace the bulbs. I was impressed with the brightness of these bulbs, and the cost was much less than buying them at Autozone.

Lights
It's a led light better then replacing burnt lights every other week.

Bright red led minibulbs on upgraded rear marker lights
Used these bulbs on a rear marker light upgrade. Of the five original marker lights only two were functional and most of the lenses were cracked. These lights used the push-in 193 standard bulbs. The sockets on the non-functioning originals could not be salvaged, as these units are riveted in place changeout was required. After seeing these red bulbs I found Grote makes a dual bulb marker light which required a wiring change so that the polarity is correct for these LED bulbs. You can see from the picture that these bulbs are very bright compared to the standard bulb rear lights. The RV is a ‘96 Fleetwood Southwind.

Cheap. Clear lights, not very bright in my dash
I bought these for my 1960 oldsmobile and these lights work fine. But not very bright at all. Disappointed in how low the light is. As these seem to put out only a little more light than the factory bulbs. The LEDs are more clear and gives off a nice whitish blue lighting. I just really wish these were brighter.

These fit datsun S30 240z 260z 280z
Just leaving bread crumbs for other restorers. These will replace the #53 / ba9s gauge lights in Datsun 240z, 260z, 280z S30 cars. The rheostat dimmer works with them in my 260z. I removed the green tint lenses from the gauges, but I believe these would have fit inside the lenses, although I do not know if their temprature would damage the lenses. These are lighter color, which I wanted, but others may not (if not, just find some good tinted bulb covers). I do not know the longevity, but these seem to be good bulbs.

Not SAE (society of automotive engineers) standard - polarity is backwards from US standard.
Not SAE compatible. Customers - your fixtures were not "wired wrong", these bulbs are manufactured backwards, because they don't conform to US standard. Company provides instructions to just "switch the positioning" of the bulb to correct their issue; this does not work. There's a reason these are so inexpensive. Company has not replied to my direct email inquiry last week so now posting for all.EDIT / UPDATE - company sent me replacement bulbs of a different model which were correct for US application. They then asked me to change this review of the initial product, contrary to Amazon policy and regulations. Their loss. Again, do not order this bulb if you want it to function in the US on commonly used fixtures.
