Was a bit worried about this product due to the price but was pleasantly surprised Just as good as the dearer ones in my pilates class and delivery was quick too If is a robust ring in a soft covering very pleased

Good for toning muscles and creating strength
Perfect for home Pilates, exercise and toning. The exercise sheet provided with it was a bonus.

Not Fit for Purpose!
This product was not fit for use as the side pads keep detaching. They have to keep being glued back in place. This happened after first use. Therefore product is useless to me.
