I've had these shakers about 6 months now, and I've never had an issue with battery life. I cook at home at least 3-4 times a week, and the batteries have only ever been changed once. They are very stylish, easy to use, and fun to have around. However, just a few weeks ago, the one that I'm using salt in has begun to grind unevenly, which you can see a bit in the photo. Because of this, it will jam up and make an extremely loud grinding sound as the motor heats up from not being able to move, happening almost immediately after unjamming the previous issue. This now makes this shaker unusable, since the drive shaft is built into the motor assembly, and can't be repaired; banging the thing on the counter to clear the jam usually will yield me about 1 teaspoon of salt after 3 minutes of tireless grinding. Now I only have the pepper one, with no warranty that I'm aware of. 6 months of working made it hard to choose between 2 or 3 stars, but after having to swap out the first pair I got because the LEDs weren't functional, I can guess now that the quality assurance here is incredibly low. Not cheap enough to justify buying another set.

I saw good reviews for these grinders and thought that they would be nice for my kitchen. I was excited to get these sleek looking grinders. And I must say, they do look really nice. However, when I added my pink salt, the grinder couldn't grind it. It grinds our pepper corns ok, but can't handle the course salt. I ended up just putting regular Morton salt in one, so I can use it.

Bought this set as a gift, and they are sharp looking, I may be tempted to order some for myself. I especially liked the updates from the seller about the delivery of this item, because it was a gift, and it arrived just in time. If the local carrier hadn't sent it to the wrong place, it would have gotten to me super quick. NO fault of the seller. I saw other sets for much more money, so I was pleased with these. They seem to work fine after I added batteries, but my receipient with have to add his own spices.

I bought multiple of these grinders and they all work great. I use one myself and gave out few as gifts and people love them. First I was little shaky to buy these grinders due to couple of reviews but I guess people don't read the product description and probably fill up grinders too much but I didn't have any issues with them at all. They all worked great and people that I gave it out to love them as well.

I saw this grinder at one my friends house and I used it when we were having dinner. I knew I had to get one right away. It is easy to use with one touch of a button and since it grinds fresh pepper food even tasted better. It has nice little led light at bottom which is pretty cool you could actually see how much pepper or salt you are putting. Another reason I bought them is because they are so beautiful.

These grinders are aesthetically pleasing and fairly durable. I do find that they have a little trouble grinding the larger rock himalyan salt I use, but overall works just fine for basic needs.

It’s a bit cheaply made. Not a strong motor at all. Gets clogged a lot cause the motor isn’t strong enough to always grind the larger chunks. Need to keep it on a “fine” grind setting otherwise it clogs. Otherwise is works ok

Upon opening the box one of the grinders was damaged. Scratched on the gold top and it came apart at the top.
