Needed to protect my wife who has Alzheimer's and I found taking additional doses of her medications without knowing it. It is a bit awkward, but seems to work properly.

Had it less then 3 weeks and it broke.garbage...don't waste your money!

Works For Now
I have a 7 and 9 year old that like to dig in drawers and cabinets when no one is looking. They can open child safe bottles so I put my prescription meds and over the counter pills that kids should not be around if one or more would do real harm. The 4 digit code works well, just I forget how to open and close without locking myself out. There is a pin sized hole on the side that unlocks it. Once my kids figure that out I will have to upgrade.
