This was a replacement for the one I got from my foot doctor. I love it. It allows me to function in bare feet or sandals - it's not the prettiest, but it works for my foot / heel.Another plus side is it also means that although I have the "boot" that I normally sleep in at home, I don't like hauling it with me when I am traveling. This is always with me now!

Not all that helpful
This strap did nothing for my plantar fasciitis and was not simple to use. As the manufacturer chooses not to include any directions in the package the consumer has to figure out how the thing should go from the picture and then hope he has it right.

Rip off if returning
Very disappointed, I bought the product and it is very uncomfortable to wear. Beware: they charged me three dollars to ship it back and a restocking fee so I lost seven dollars on this purchase. Do not buy! Very uncomfortable and poor customer service!

Neither size fit.
The large was too big around my ankle but the strap that comes with the small medium didn’t fit under my arch properly. So for this to work right I need the small/ medium ankle wrap but the large arch support strap. They should consider offering strap length options for those of us with in between sized issues.

This product was recommended by my physical therapist and it has helped. I wear it all day long and also do prescribed stretches and icing which has helped tremendously.
