Much cheaper than OEM and although you can tell it's not factory, it works and honestly looks as good as the original. Switches are firm but not difficult to press, giving it a sturdy feel. Installation takes no time- just remove the previous, unscrew the 3 screws from the cover, unplug, plug in the new one, screw it in, press the trim piece back into the armrest. Simple.
