**Q: Do these come in original bic packaging as want them for my daughters stocking filler**
A: These pens come loose in a grip seal bag and not in the version that has the Bic packaging.

**Q: Just received these pens.  can't get them to write. no ink coming out. is there anything i should be doing?**
A: There’s an almost invisible plastic guard on the pen tip. Ease this off, it’s quite tough, but it will come off and the ink will then run freely. I have found those pens to be a very good buy but like you, struggled to find out why it refused to write at first.
