I bought these, not for sports injury, but for a flare up of arthritis in one finger joint on each hand. It is agonising at times, and of course I kept knocking the affected fingers, even a light tap is pure torture. I gave these a try to see if they would at least be of some comfort, and they are brilliant! The joints are warmed up almost instantly, they support and almost 'cosset' the joint, with the added bonus that I don't get the joints knocked now, just wearing them reminds me to be a bit more careful and not my usual gungho! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone with arthritis or injuries in the finger joints, certainly can't do any harm.

These are reasonable price, not too tight have bought different ones which were tight. They are handy if you want to wear them at night.

These really help with the arthritis in my finger joints. Offer good support and keep them warm which eases the pain.Well worth getting.

Bought it for the tip of the finger, does not help in that area but good for middle joint.

I bought these to see if they would protect my finger joint after a sporting injury which is always painful in the cold weather. On first wearing they work perfectly, warming the joint and cushioning it against any knocks. The sleeve is thick enough to give support and protection yet slim enough to not interfere with normal day to day activity. I am really pleased with this purchase and would say that if you have arthritis or an injury - buy!

My husband plays the trombone and, being 79, was beginning to find problems with his fingers aching from holding the instrument,which is quite heavy. We thought perhaps these finger supports might help and I'm happy to say that they do. They help him to grip the tubing and the warmth they give probably helps as well. Would recommend anyone with similar problems to give them a try.

My wife suffers from arthritis.. When weather turns cold the pain in fingers increases.. Wearing these has greatly eased her dis-comfort..

Good length for me to cover one thumb joint (size 7 hands). They are a little tight but they loosen up after a while. Maybe people can loosen them up but sliding them over a carrot (not supplied). I use to support my thumb which has been playing up with arthritis. I have since tried goalkeeper zinc oxide tape, which I think I prefer due to being able to adjust the tightness and it being thinner, meaning less like to interfere with gloves etc.
