Very difficult to use

and hard to use. Really meant for long hair I think. I have longer hair but have layers and it does not work well for me. It also pulls my hair.

Doesn’t do what it says. I feel like my hair will burn off before it actually curls. Also curls hair the wrong way. Tried turning it different ways. Had other people try my iron as well. Nobody likes it.

Works great as a straightener and curler but curling takes practice

This works just as good as that new name brand super expensive one. Don't waste your money for the brand name. This does the job exactly the same except they made it opposite of the name brand so if you try to watch the training videos for the other one online it gets confusing. It pulls my hair a tiny bit but other than that it was a great purchase

Normally curls don’t stay long in my hair without lots of product. This one holds my hair for a couple of days with only a thermal protection spray. Takes a little bit to get accustomed to the technique, but once you get it it’s quick and easy. I have super long hair (to my butt) and it takes only about 10 minutes.

Would not get hot enough to glide thru my hair! I returned it!

Hard to learn the curling concept but once learned curls are beautiful nice product worth the time and money
