Billy Joel inspired Soundwave print.Framed and ready-to-hang. 11" x 17" black wood frame. Limited quantity is hand-numbered by the artist. One of only 50 ever printed. American made.On the River Of Dreams album, Joel wrote each song in reaction to the one that came before it, and "Lullabye" was written to precede the title track. He wrote it as a piano piece, and had the melody before he came up with the lyrics. It was when putting his 7-year-old daughter Alexa Ray to bed one night that Joel got the idea to turn the song into a lullaby. Lyrically, the song represents drifting off to sleep into the 'River of Dreams'.
