I really wanted a boxy bag and this looked like it would be perfect. The bag itself was great! However, the fit. Oh my!!! I tried to try it on and I could hardly, comfortably, do so! I am a petite person, with a 32" rib cage for size reference and the straps were too close together on my back. I don't know how anyone with a thicker frame could even get the bag on. My preteen son wore it perfectly but I'm not a preteen ha!So I returned the bag.

While yes bag is nice, the placement of straps/hardware at base of bag completely dig into your back. I’m not sure if other reviewers have not worn this as backpack style, but it is not doable at all do to the hardware afvsyraps digging into your back even if wearing only short period as back pack. Definitely disappointed because it was favorite of multiple diaper bags I ordered. And I’m not an overly heavy person, average size 10.

This bag is beautiful! The leather is soft and a really nice light gray. I have received several compliments about how nice it is and questions about affordability. People have been shocked about how reasonably priced it is based on the presentation and detail.The bag has lots of room. It’s so easy to organize and carry around. I can fit several toys, diapers, bottles/food, and a blanket. Love this bag so much!
