Faulty - bought twice and both do not work

Well at first I thought it was a bad needle cartridge, (big wasp) then I replaced it and same results. The needle shakes uncontrollably making ink shoot out in all directions. The plunger that’s on there must be bad, because I put the same needle on a different machine and it was fine. It looks like it’s missing a screw as well. I have had the machine for about 6 months now. I don’t use it at all. I’m well passed the return date. So I don’t recommend this machine.

This machine is great lightweight an quiet as they described, its alot cheaper than the YILONG one sold on amazon also both machines are the same everything and i mean... THE SAME EVERYTHING please check if there's a cam screw.. most likely they ain't in there lol! Other than that this item is great. Cheap an great for the price. Aloha from Hawaii

Absolutely satisfied with this machine! Overall it's a well made machine, runs almost silently, pushes cartridges with ease! For a direct drive it's a excellent value for the money! Not sure I'll use the cartridges that came with it just because I have a more preferred brand. The cord was nice and seems like it will hold up well over time.
