I have no idea why this has received critical reviews! It is beautifully designed and of very high quality. The construction is properly traditional and can be dismantled to component parts using screws!!!The mounting system is brilliant: the bracket mounting plates can be screwed to the wall easily aligned and then the brackets dropped on to them; then the track just clicks into place and can be tightened with the provided Allen key.It is the only system that I have ever encountered which can be easily installed by one person.It is, most certainly, not "flimsy" as one reviewer suggest: you do wonder about motives!On the 1.5m track, I have a set of full length curtains with additional light proof linings weighing a total of 6.3kg.I am using it with an Ajax smart blind motor and did have to lubricate the track: I would have allowed an extra 6 -12 inches of track if I had appreciated that tight bunching, on open, is difficult for the motor. That is no reflection on the track.Great product and very fast delivery: I am sorry to see that it appears to be discontinued!

The pole sticks out quite far from the wall it is attached to. This means there is a lot of light coming out the top of the curtains. In addition, the cord is thin and hurts your fingers when pulling the curtains open or closed. The attachment to hold the cord taught, which needs to be screwed to the wall, is cheap plastic.

Very flimsy. Ended up getting blind instead.
