KoDsign Lite Series Ultra Slim Snap-On Case for iPhone 5 & 5S - Smoke Black

I got this for my husband and he likes it. I also bought the crystal clear one for my iphone but I no longer use it. The reason is most cases like this one do not cover the top or the bottom of the phone. My phone fell out of my bag onto the ground and the bottom of the phone got really scratched up because the case does not cover the bottom! Only the side corners and then it stops.I purchased a new one from Gabba goods that covers the whole perimeter of the phone and still keeps the ultra thin integrity that I wanted. It's just a personal preference for me.

This case really is ultra slim. If you're buying it only as a defense against scratches (like I did), then you'll be fine. I doubt it'll offer any additional protection. Also, although the order says "Smoke Black," I've found the color to be slightly brown. I'm guessing this is because the case is so thin that the color isn't as dense as I thought it would be, certainly not as black as it looks in the picture.

This case probably wouldn't save your phone from a big drop, but if you are relatively safe with your phone, and you want a case with an extremely thin profile, this case is great.
