Arm Sleeves for Men Women to Cover Arms with Thumb Holes, Sun UV Protection Arm Warmers, for Volleyball Football Golf

I was pleasantly surprised with these compression arm sleeves. The ultra high elasticity material supports your arms very well, yet it is very breathable and keeps your arms dry. I have "tennis elbow", but not from playing tennis. This really helps with compressing my elbow/arm and helping to alleviate the pain. This sleeve does support your muscles and joints in your arm and helps to reduce swelling. The material is very soft, and I could see using this when working out so I don't get reinjured. The feel of this sleeve is incredibly soft. I really like that these sleeves have thumb holes for you to put your thumbs through because it helps to keep them in place. The only thing that I would have liked that they didn't have was a rubberized anti-slip at the top so it wouldn't slide down your arm. It only rolls a little bit but the rubber grip would have helped. Also, I ordered the largest size that is offered and they just fit my arms. I don't have extremely large arms, but if a person did they might have problems with it fitting over their biceps. Out of all the sleeves that I have owned over the years, this happens to be one of my favorites. Getting two sets only adds to the amazing value. I highly recommend.

Why did I not discover these years ago?!I'm an ultramarathoner and am religious about applying sunscreen but I definitely have skin damage on my arms, and while I generally run cold, I've found myself increasingly sensitive to heat. (Thanks, aging!)Obviously I was aware of arm sleeves but it never occurred to me to wear them. For one thing, I assumed they'd make you hot. I also assumed you had to wear them with tank tops (I don't like having my shoulders bare while I run.)I was wrong! These are unobtrusive, comfortable, the exact right level of snugness, I'm obsessed with the thumb hole, and they provide amazing sun protection PLUS they help keep me cool if I douse them in cold water.The fact that you get multiple pairs is excellent, and they're a great value for the price.Win win win!

These are a nice quality sun guard for your arms. In fitted shirts, I usually go for a 33/34, and these sleeves are long enough to cover my arm all the way up under my polo shirt sleeves. They are also tight enough to stay up on my average build. I've had some sleeves in the past that seemed like they were made for a professional wrestler. The fabric is quite stretchy, and comfortable.I hate sunblock with a passion, but I always wear sleeves when out golfing. These are a great addition. I only wish that the 4-pack came in color combinations. Maybe 2 black and 2 white would be a good idea.

I don’t have particularly bulky arms - around 12” circumference and 30” long sleeves - and these fit me great. I do notice that the fabric thins out a little in places, but I based on my experiences with similar products, these should provide decent sun protection.If you’re a body builder, you might have more difficulty with these, as there are limits to how much they stretch. Or if you’re a very petite person, they might be too loose - middle schoolers and younger might be out of luck.

I really like these arm sleeves with thumb holes. They provide protection for both my arms and hands, making them perfect for hot and sunny weather. The sleeves are well-made, with good, stretchable material that fits my arms comfortably. The product comes in a 4-pack (2 pairs), which is very convenient. I always keep one pair in my car for easy access during outdoor activities. They offer excellent sun protection whether I'm walking, jogging, or driving. Overall, these UV sun protection arm sleeves have become a must-have for me during hot summers.

These sleeves feel a little fragile to me. I'm not sure if this is how they all feel, but if you have a hangnail, beware. While they feel thin, the material does feel nice and silky. Hopefully 1) I'm wrong and these are more durable than they appear from the first use or 2) I just got a weird set. Either way, if they hold up then they're an outstanding value.

I like that this comes in a multi pack and that there are thumb loops to help keep these from sliding up the arm. They seem to work well and hold up to use. My only minor complaints are that the top band is a bit loose and starts to slide down the arm and the area around the wrist is quite loose. It ultimately isn't a huge deal, as I can adjust them and I wear them more for utility than fashion, but the material being able to hug the wrist more would just look better.They seem to do the job well though. I was working in the yard in the middle of the day over the weekend when it was quite sunny and I had these on and didn't get any sunburn.

I use these on the golf course and you hardly know you're wearing them. They are very comfortable and wick the moisture so well they keep you cooler and block the UV. They are perfect to carry and slip on anytime you'll be in the sun. Great value for the cost.
