Was so looking forward to this. Jar arrived with seal broken, olive oil leaking, and dried up stuff all along the rim.

The jar came with lid loosely open and the product oozing out. It looked tampered with or sloppily shipped. As a result, we could not be certain of either freshness or contaminants. Therefore we threw it out without ever tasting it.

I was so pleased with this olive paste for several reasons. First, it is packed in very high quality EVOO, which makes for a delicious taste. It was very easy to spread, and the taste of the olives was fantastic. I've used on bread, crackers, etc. This will be a recurring treat for my guests.
