received the strap today and put it to the test. Well this is great if you are not too flexible like me because I could do better with it - go further in my streitches. Looked at the little book with it, very helpful but if one of the poses you don't like, use your imagination to adapt it to your needs and this strap will go a long way to make you more flexible. To start with I couldn't see why I should buy it because I have others similars (eg. yoga straps) but the difference is this one has loops which gives more choice and stability when you want to reach for a pose. this one is well made and I don't think another one more expensive would be better. I hope this review helps.

I have only just started to use to the strap so far so good, very good design and durable I am slowly getting more flexible. This isn't a miracle strap you still need to put the effort in and it will come. The strap is elasticated which aids with not putting strain into the stretches, the user guide is handy giving both rehab and yoga stretches the descriptions are very informative. The delivery of the strap was very prompt.

The best things in life are free - well maybe. However, experience dictates the simpler things are - usually - easier to set up and more reliable and efficient in use. Is the stretch strap a fancy piece of webbing plus a couple of loops ?. No not really, the numbering of the individual loops allows one to identify progress and numbers associated with certain stretches. The terminal loops are both slightly elasticated allowing for that increase/decrease of muscle moment. All in all a very durable and useful simple piece of kit , well manufactured - the limitations of which are only dictated by the imagination of the operator.

Amazingly good product and very well made for the price and the e book they send you is great to get you started.I use this as part of warm ups during exercise and during cool down it is great. It really helps in giving you a deep satisfying Stretches for your complete body. Wish I bought one sooner.Well worth the money.

This is really good no matter what exercise you do stretching and keeping flexible is an important part of that and this product makes stretching tight muscles an ease this product assists in a lot better stretch though I do advise starting of slowly then slowly progress..if you do a stretch without the band then do the same stretch with the band you should see how much of a better stretch you get with ease...i am a malevof quite a heavy build and it withstands my use made really well and a really good benefit to anyone who wants to get more flexible .

Good product a bit more stretchy than expected , it doesn't look like it will last a lifetime like others I tried but good for occasional use I expect to get 6-8 months out of it

ive taken up yoga recently , and i am trying to do more home based stretching in the morning . this strap is really great , as it allows me to focus on my knee and hip openers. i normally work out in the mornings on my yoga matt before work .i really like how each loop is numbered , and the grey and black design is easy to keep clean . this is a great product for anyone looking to boost your flexability and to develop a solid yoga practice

Using this for phsio exercises to recover from a leg and knee injury.Simply put, it's extreemly well made. It puts my physiotherapist's strap to shame. I put a ton of pressure on this product stretching out my ankle and knee and it shows no signs of wear. The loops stretch wide enough to fit my foot size 11 with a shoe on. It's very long with more than enough strap for me at 5"11.My daughter has also used it for gymnastics and dance and likes it too.Can't say enough good things. A very well made product that functions without limitations.Look no further.

I stumbled upon this product quite by accident, while looking for Total Gym Accessories. I have a super tight IT band, and was looking for something to assist with this, as well as aid in general stretching/flexibility! The price was reasonable so I didn't think I had much to lose. After only ONE stretching series, I sure felt a difference in my entire body....much looser. I've been a gym junky for years, so I'm no stranger to tight muscles. The pdf supplied was pretty straight forward, but not being a yoga person, I found the instructions for the poses a bit daunting. But all in all, I LOVE my newest fitness tool called Flexstrap. It gives you an extremely good stretch for the shoulder area, and legs, and who can be 'too flexible'!! I would highly recommend this product cause who needs pain?? Also, it's top quality material that is washable.
