My primary use case is to use it for "heavy" grocery shopping for travelling over 50 meters. Although I recognise it can also be useful for much heavier than that, it will be challenged by my Weight Plate tree (holding 230kg of steel plates) for moving house purposes, or building merchant purpose (bags of cement, bricks, blocks etc) Fridge and Washing machine, no problem.Nice rubber top, solid plywood base, good wheels. For my purposes I think 500kg is sufficient. I also have an extremely heavy wardrobe of about 160kg this should make light work of moving it from front door to truck when the time comes, I should have no issue moving my stuff out of home.It's kind of heavy for what it does but you should expect that when it can carry as much as a light duty pallet truck, when stored away, it hardly takes up any space on it's side. Good buy, under-rated equipment.

This skate dolly is a really high quality piece of kit. The wheels are very strong and well mounted and the rubber surface is non slip. I used it to move a large fridge in and out of position and keep it working whilst other work was being done. A ratchet strap around the fridge and dolly made it safe, stable and easy to move to different locations. I strongly recommend this product.

I bought this because I need to be able to move my tumble dryer around my kitchen as there's isn't strictly speaking room for a tumble dryer.I keep the dryer by the balcony door & then just roll it out of the way when I want to go outside.
