I love this herbal magnesium. It has really helped me with my restless leg syndrome. I can finally rest. My suggestion is to take it more towards around 3 o’clock. It does make you very tired, but the reason for it is to help me sleep so you still have to give it time to work that seems to be the best time for me. I suggest if you’re having a problem sleeping or have nervous leg syndrome. This would be the best medication for you as long as you are not allergic and I’ll remember to always check with your doctor before before starting any new medicine

Just wish it was organic, I dont like the added chemical ingredients. Will look for an organic version next time.
