Horrible Product!
I was so excited to be getting this scooter, but when it arrived, it was in a massive box and I felt like something was terribly wrong.Sure enough, I opened it up to find that the box the scooter in was free bouncing around the box.Then I noticed the box said "SCOOTER" and "CITY SCOOTER" all over it.At first I thought I got a fake rip off item, so I took it out. It still said Urban all over it, so I tried to unlock it from the folded position. After a few moments of struggling with it, it opened. However, the lever to lock the scooter into the "standing" position doesn't seem to be functional.Given that the stickers are peeling off right out of the box, there's very thin plastic as a "brake" and wheel protector, and even the foot grit is just a cheap sticker, I'm going to highly recommend that you don't waste your time and money. I don't know what these 5 star reviews are going on about unless I just managed to get a cheap fake.I am going to be returning it immediately.

Legit Scooter
This isn't your ordinary Wal-Mart type scooter. In fact, it's pretty legit. At 5'6, the handle bars reach a comfortable height for me, and the ride is smooth as butter. I no longer have to fear bumps in the sidewalk while riding around on campus between classes. It's certainly not as lightweight as those cheap, kid scooters, but it won't break your arm off. Definitely worth the money spent.

Handle bars don’t lock
Worked well for about a month. Now when I ride it, the handle bars will randomly fall down in the middle of riding. Super scary! And of course, the return window is really short

Way better then I thought it would be. The packaging is very cheap looking but the product is good for the buck. Now I can keep up with my kids instead of chasing them down.!!!
