A Great Sugar Alternative
I used this to make Bao today and the flavor profile was great. I canโt wait to try it on cookies, cakes and breads.

Worth the price
Absolutely love this stuff. I personally don't find it has much aftertaste compared to stevia and the like. It is great to bake with or in a cup of coffee. I don't think it's a 1:1 equal swap for sugar though; this is much sweeter than sugar so I will use half if swapping - sometimes more than half!

Great sugar substitute!
I am a T1D of over 50 years and have bad reactions to most sugar substitutes. Besti is my perfect combination of 2 of the sugar substitutes that I donโt have a reaction to: mind fruit and allulose!! Perfectly blended to behave like granulated sugar as a 1:1 substitute!! Love this product and will continue to buy it.

No bitter aftertaste
I had to use quite a lot in my coffee to get it sweet enough, but it did not have a bad aftertaste. It is kind of expensive though.

Besti is best!
I was pre-diabetic, but by reducing carbs and making adjustments to my diet, I'm back in the normal range. I use Besti sweetener in all my homemade low-carb items, and everything comes out delicious with no aftertaste. It is absolutely the best sugar replacement I have tried.

Successful outcome in carrot cake
Worked well in the carrot cake recipe on Mayas website - my 90 year old pre diabetic was extremely happy

Tastes exactly like sugar!!
Been putting this into my Teas and coffees, I love it. Iโm extremely picky with alternative sugars because they taste disgusting and I have sensitive taste buds but this tastes exactly like sugar!! Will never go back to anything else

Closer, but still not quite sugar in my coffee
I wanted to cut back on added sugar and noticed my morning coffee was a major culprit. I prefer drip and like it with milk and sugar. Can't drink it without and artificial sweeteners always left an off taste in my mouth. Someone sent me Besti to try and I spooned some in. First of all, I take two healthy teaspoons of sugar in an 8-10 ounce cup of joe, but I needed three of Besti to even approach the same sweetness. The flavor is about the closest to sugar I've tasted, but still not quite. The best substitute I'd found up to now was light agave. Even the Blue organic agave had earthy notes i didn't like. Besti is closer to sugar and easier to spoon in, but I definitely noticed a distracting 'broader' sweetness and an almost powdery feel on the tongue. I was sent the powdered version so I got the granulated version to see if that would help. The granulated version still seems powdery compared to sugar and the same tasting differences were present. I'm trying to slowly transition to it by blending it with sugar in my coffee, then reducing the sugar. The upshot is Besti is about the closest thing to sugar I've tried, but I could still taste the difference and don't know if I could switch.
