Good disposable brushes
Used for heavy duty primer and oil based paint. Works well in tight spaces with little clearance. Use and disposes of brushes with on cleanup needed. Shedding of bristles into painted surface is reason for 4 star rating.

Bulk Pricing Is Great For A Scenic Shop
I own a scenic shop and we only need the most basic brushes. But then - we need a lot of them. From multiple colors to sending touch-up paint to a project we go through a lot of brushes (and we even clean some of them). These are the same as the local hardware store has at 1/3 the cost. Ans as always with bulk purchasing, I don't need to get more for a longer time. This works for me!

Too many loose hairs in this batch
There were too many loose hairs in this batch, the last box was not nearly so bad. Product control could do a better job.

Chip Brushes used for encaustic painting
I like these and use a lot of them because it’s hard to get the wax out. Cheap and I do t feel bad about using and tossing.

it's a good, disposable brush
These aren't high quality brushes, they are "chip" brushes. So only buy them if you're looking for a disposable utility brush for situations where you don't need professional coverage and silky smooth finishes. Don't complain when you order a chip brush and you get a chip brush... lol. However, I'm a cheapskate, so I have been known to wash these things repeatedly until I finally get lazy enough to toss one. They're good for solvent based glues when it's probably better to toss the brush than to clean it in a bucket of toxic solvent. Otherwise, it would be even better to avoid solvent based glues, etc. Anyway, this brush is low-end crap, just as it should be. That's what a chip brush is. Buy 'em when you need 'em.
