Complete is right. All the tools needed to make perfect sushi. The online video was so easy to access and understand. It was fun to use the sushi gun and easy to use the rolling mat. I bought the Alas Complete 20-Piece Sushi Making Set to make sushi at home with my stepdaughter, and we had an awesome time! Making sushi turned out to be way harder than we expected (so definitely don't think it’s as easy as it looks online!), but this kit really helped us get started. It came with everything we needed and more — the knife was surprisingly nice quality, and little details like the chopstick holders made it feel more authentic. We ended up using most of the tools, although we didn’t take the time to dive into the eBook, which probably would have made things even easier. Overall, I’m really happy with the purchase. It’s a great deal for everything you get, and now that we’ve gotten our first homemade rolls under our belt, I’m excited to try it again. Highly recommend if you want to have some fun and aren't afraid of a little learning curve!

I had fun using this product! Because of this set, I was able to make a fantastic Japanese-themed dinner for the night! The rice bazooka was easy to use and best of all is also easy to clean. The sushi size was perfect for home made rolls and this is worth buying!

I have not used the kit yet, however, everything in the picture of the kit is what I got. Four cute cat chopstick holders, knife, bamboo mats, four chopsticks with bag, utensils , etc. I'm looking forward to using the rice Baazoka!

Super easy way to make sushi and lots of fun. Took a few times to get it right but it makes home sushi night a lot quicker. The knife is sharp but is pretty low quality, But I wasn’t expecting more. Overall I am happy with it and it has been used often.
