If you'd like to change the name to another one, just leave us a note in the NOTES TO SELLER section with the name you'd like to change it to and we'll take care of it. All of our mugs are made to order. Our current production time is 1-2 business days. We use dye sublimation method for printing which means the design will not crack, peel or fade and the mug will last you for many years. All of our mugs are packaged safely into white boxes with form fitting foam to insure that they will not move around or break while shipping.
