CLOUD Newly Designed Front (Ozone Free Unit) Rocky Mountain Whole House/office Air Purifier

The Cloud came out of the box ready to plug in and turn on. It had already been tested and set up before shipping. The seller, Natural Air Man LLC, gave an 800 phone number that you can call 24/7 if you have any questions or concerns. I called to be sure it didn't produce ozone, and he was a pleasure to talk to. He spent quite a while answering all my questions about how different types of air purifiers work. The product is beautiful - the cabinet is wood and looks like fine furniture, and the air quality improved within a few hours of turning it on. It's sitting in plain sight in my living room where the furniture is mostly Drexel and blends right in. This house is unusually dusty, and I could see in the stream of sunlight this morning that it had become dust-free - in the living room, so far, and it will clean up the air gradually throughout the rest of the house. I have never been so impressed with a seller's attention to detail and customer support. But mainly, I've used air purifiers for the past 30 years and this one is better and more efficient than any I've seen. My son has severe allergies, so this will be a great help to him. We also have a macaw with respiratory issues, and this type of air purifier was recommended by the world renowned veterinary college at the University of Georgia as part of our efforts to save the bird's life. Some other reviews I read before purchasing the Cloud said HEPA filter type air purifiers were loud. This one is whisper quiet on the highest setting, and almost silent on the lowest setting. I have been using this product and have noticed a difference in my home. I do not have to dust as much and have been breathing easier (I was suffering from constant sinus problems of which I have not been to an ENT in a long time). If you have any questions, Lou is great person to talk to and will answer any questions that you have. He takes his time to explain everything and teach you how to use the product effectively.

I'm not certain if this is working or not. (Since it does not emit ozone, which is a good thing, it also doesn't eliminate odors the way most purifiers do). I've ran it non-stop since we purchased it and other than having an issue of our TV remote turning it off, it's been simple to use. I'm still not certain that it's actually cleaning the air though.

Seems to be doing a good job, have not really had it in use long enough to really tell. Hopeful though.

This came already to go all I had to do was plug it in, even the warranty was filled out for me!!!! Seller gave me amazing service!!!It works wonderfully, air is clean and it is so very quiet!!!Love this item, well worth the money!!!!

Easy to setup. I noticed a significant difference in my home's air quality within hours. I would recommend this product to anyone with allergy prone family members.

I do not notice any less dust in the house, I have changes settings, speeds not any change
