Awesome product

I took this for two weeks, and haven’t noticed any change in my hair or nails. Not only that, but it tastes absolutely awful. Even when you swallow quickly or take it with other medicine, it has a terrible taste immediately. To make it worse, it gave me diarrhea and a TON of acne (specifically along my jaw line-where I never get acne). Upon researching, Biotin can cause these side-effects. However, I’ve taken it many times from many brands and never had this problem! So, I guess just weigh the pros and cons and make your own decision.

I've only used this supplement for about a month but so far I do feel like my fingernails are growing better which is the reason I purchased this.
