I got this as an early Father’s Day present since my dad is an engineer and works on cars as a hobby. He loves it! Already has used it to help work on a Miata that’s been in the garage for a bit. He likes that it’s small and portable. Since he works and travels some, the light will be convenient for just throwing in the car trunk and heading to work. I might even get another for myself just as a good addition to my emergency car kit.The pictures above show the size (its very pocket sized), the light (at its highest setting) used in a completely unlit garage, and us using the magnet base to attach it to the side of the car.I’ll update this review if I run into any issues, but so far so good!

This review is for the size (small).This is a nice light. It feels great as soon as you hold it in your hand. It's Extremely versatile, with the angling options and a very strong magnet (which easily holds the light very securely under its own weight) you can get the light right where you need it. But therein lies the problem... The light output is the very cheap "bluish" type LED light, which I hate. I would much prefer this to be the more "whitish" type of LED light. For my purposes I find the high setting is the only usable light, the other two settings are too low for me. The charger seems to work okay and charges the light fully in just a couple of hours. I can usually only get 1 days usage out of the light. So you will need to recharge it daily. So far I haven't had any issues with the light not holding charge when not in use. So if you don't mind the bluish light output you will definitely find many uses for this light. They would be great for kids (because of the rechargable function) they won't be tearing through expensive batteries all the time.

Amazon statement: 5 modes - included red strobe and red warning ... NOT ! First 3 ... nothing else!Also, it took me, because of NO INSTRUCTIONS, where the micro USB micro was plugged into the unit, a lot of searching and finally discovering where and what it was. It must of been designed for children with small hands and good nails TO GET IT OPEN!Go elsewhere!UPDATE: 0/15/2021 - This thing died! Also, you’ll love that with a 100% charge it lasts less than 15 minutes and gets less bright by the second!

Not paying attention I was trying to order the exact same light I purchased a few months back but not paying attention I ordered the small one and I have to say it has to be as bright as the larger one just in a smaller housing. These are amazing for the amount of light they can produce.The reason it did not get 5 stars is no instructions of any kind, nothing, Even a piece of paper showing all the features would be nice but wow is it ever bright!!

I gave it five stars for its Form and Function I've had it for 2 months now with no problems. It does seem a little fragile where it bends but it's held up I've dropped it many times so far I like to use it up inside my wheel well. only thing I wish, is that the magnet was a little stronger it is rather easy to bump it from it's magnetic lock on whatever surface you attach it to

I bought this for the purpose if automotive use. I use it to light up small hard to get places. Its bright and the magnetic is strong. Feels durable but light weight. The light has 3 settings (bright, low light, point light) which is nice but the low light and point light arent too useful.I wouldve gave it a 4/5 if the light lasted longer. Its an okay buy

I bought this for my mother, who has vision problems, to use when in a restaurant so she can see what she is eating. The light given off is very white, almost harsh, which works perfect for her. Compact size is a plus as we want to bring it along wherever we go.The charging plug is a bit difficult to access, but otherwise works as expected.

After charging upon receiving the light I stowed it on my snowmobile up inside a padded dash area storage compartment. After a thousand miles of trail, a North East winters worth of varying temperatures, and despite never have recharged it since the original charging; the light lite up and had plenty of power.Good to know, because when you need it, you need it.Have BOTH a magnetic base and built in hook are very convenient, as you can almost always find a place to mount or hang the light.
