Perfect
This product was perfect for my car during the winter my car doesnt start up like it should but with this puppy it start right up

Unreliable battery. Does not hold charge.
I really wanted to this product to work because it would be very a nice tool to have in the car. I received the product and charged it as soon as I opened the box. Two days after fully charging the unit I wanted to inflate a small neck pillow. As soon as I turned it on, one of the power bars on the screen was gone and after inflating the neck pillow two more power bars disappeared. I'm glad I found out so quickly because I can't imagine needing it for a flat or a jump and not having any juice. This showed that the battery is unreliable.

Questionabe Quality with little documendation
Just purchased it and the user guide is so small you can hardly read it and it is incomplete. I can't find anything that tells you the percent charged and there is no contact information you can call or email for help. If it had complete user instructions a person can read and understand I think it would be 5 stars although I have not tried it. Feels solid and looks nice and I believe it would be find if I just had instructions.

Totally worth it compared to the frustration of a dead batter!
I thankfully haven't used this jump starter yet, but I am pleasantly surprised at how well it holds a charge (which speaks to the quality of the battery and battery management circuit!I appreciate how it comes in a sturdy case, with all the attachments in there including a USB C cable to charge it with. It does seem to charge at a decent rate as well!I do wish the clamps were a little smaller, as it can be tricky to get them into confined spaces.Overall: for the peace of mind, it's totally worth it!
