These string lights are remote controlled, they have 8 different lighting options, a daily 6hr times so you can switch on a forget as well as being IP44 rated (shower proof) so they can be used indoors and outdoors. Choose the LED brightness, whether to have the lights on constantly or in one of the sequences listed for a more interesting lighting effect and whether you want to have them come on at the same time every day for 6hrs using the daily timer! The tiny but very bright LED's are embedded on a thin flexible SILVER wire for 360 degree light visibility. The lights can be cut down to any number required, just cut off what you don't need with a pair of scissors! They operate from 3 x AA batteries (not supplied) and the clear battery box is approx. 85mm x 70mm x 20mm overall and is shower proof (IP44 rated). There is a switch on top of the battery box as well as mounting loop to position to box where you need it. By using the switch on the battery box 8 lighting functions are available as; 1) Combination 2) In Wave 3)Sequential 4) Slow Fade 5) Chasing/Flash 6) Slow Fade 7) Twinkle/Flash 8) Steady On. By using the supplied remote control the same 8 lighting functions are available as well as LED brightness adjustment up and down, daily timer so the lights will come on for approx. 6 hours at the same time every day. The remote control will work at a distance of approx. 2m. Between the battery box and the first light there is approx. 50cm of wire and each light is approx. 10cm apart. They are great for decorating anywhere and are cool to touch so you can decorate clothing, costumes, plants, flower arrangements at Weddings, Christmas, Parties, BBQ's etc. Coil in any shape and they will remain in position, coil around plant branches or coil within vases for great visual effects.
