Bath Royale Toilet Seat Top Mounting Kit

Appears to be good quality, but has a problem staying in one spot. Tightened down snug, but still moved around. Had to use double sided tape to secure seat mounting bracket, and is not moving around now. I really like the easy remove feature that allows removal without having to remove mounting bracket. Great for easy cleanup.

Perfect. Does exactly what it says it does. If you have an American Standard with a top-mount seat and your seat is always loose, this is the fix. May work for other makes, but this corrected the horrible seat mounting hardware my American Standard came with.

Be sure you will really need these bolts. Bought them “just in case”. They are probably great but it turns out the return charges are almost as much as the bolts themselves. Disappointing since the toilet seat is very good but not inexpensive

Does not fit Kohler one piece toilets. These are way too big.

I recently purchased a Bath Royale Elongated Soft Close Toilet seat for a one piece Kohler toilet. Removing the old seat I found to my surprise that the bolts did not go through the back of the bowl rim as usual but were top mounted. I ordered this mounting kit which looked like an easy quality install but when it arrived I noticed that it did not fit the holes. I emailed the company and within a few hours got a return email from Mark Hillman, the President of the company and described my predicament. Mark asked me how old the bowl was (17 Years), he said that earlier a few Kohler models had a non standard smaller top mount hole. Mark took it upon himself to solve my problem, he later emailed me with a recommendation for a Kohler 84999 kit which had the smaller diameter mounting bolt. I am quite sure this Bath Royal Mounting kit would have worked effectively if it weren't for my non standard bowl. All said and done I was awed by Marks personal interest in helping me get the job done. While this kit was returned for a rapid full credit, Mark helped me source the Kohler kit and helped walk me though a successful installation. His dedication to customer service was exemplary, I will be happy to deal with them in the future.
