Q: Are the bristles too scratchy for a baby?

Although my 6 year old grandson uses this, it may be a bit too scratchy for a baby; the bristles are not real soft. Hope this helps. Laurel

I have no idea where it’s made but I used it probably 3 times and threw it away. It’s way too hard on my scalp

I’m not too sure but I’m sure that mean 3 by 3 inches 6 inches round. It’s as big as the palm of my hand.

Q: Does this come Sealed?

It's just a cheap rubber thing and I think it came in a sealed plastic bag as most items do these days. Honestly, it's going to be cleaned every time you use it anyhow by virtue of being used with shampoo and water.
