The Terrain-MK2 is one of a new generation of electronic mountain bikes which can be used in dual environments (City and Trail) without compromising on performance. This sturdy lightweight mountain bike has all of the features you would expect on a classic mountain bike with the added Shimano 7 class gears, a 250w brushless motor and a 36 volt 444Wh lithium-ion battery locked into frame with 60km travel distance per charge. The battery can be conveniently removed for charging. Once charged the battery can be locked back in place with a key for greater security. The aluminium 19" frame bike has a wheel Diameter of 660mm and a wheelbase of 1170mm, weighing in at only 23kg this is a truly light weight electric mountain bike option. Provided with 5 levels of peddle assist from low to high depending on the level of additional support required. The Terrain is fitted with RST Omega front fork suspension and is fitted with seat suspension for an even more comfortable ride. The 250watt SAMSUNG motor is smooth but powerful and the disc brakes provide added stopping power both front and rear. The Maximum speed is 25km p/h on-road limited to 15.5mph under UK law.
