Helped with Posterior Vitreous Detachment (PVD) and how to stop them bursting
I have used Macushield for a long time and was also using omega 3, so it was great to find both combined. My husband starting taking them and reckons that they have helped his Posterior Vitreous Detachment (PVD) and the flashes have gone, which he had had for months. Top tip: when using the blister pack don't push the capsules through or they might burst. Use your fingernail to peel the foil back first then you can get the capsule out without it bursting. They are easy to swallow and apart from a mild odour there aren't really amy other noticeable side effects.

Qhality control issue not resolved
Unsatisfactory product. Capsules so soft they split when removed from the blister pack leaving a horrible fishy stain on my fingers which was difficult to remove. Contacted seller to this effect asking for refund or replacement with the non omega three additive. No reply. Cannot see where on Amazon I can report this seller for poor response.

I have been taking MacuShield Original for a number of years and would definitely recommend the brand. However, this time when I ordered I decided to buy the MacuShield + Omega 3-30 day pack (vegetarian). Up until now I have never had any problems removing the capsule from its foil packaging. But, removal was difficult with these. The capsule split and what a bright orange mess it made! Not easy to remove the spillage from both hands or anywhere else! Maybe, it was me? However, I have never had this happen with any other capsules of any sort before. Just a warning for purchasers of this particular MacuShield capsule. I will definitely be continuing with MacuShield supplements as they are excellent product.

Eye Vitamin capsules
I've noticed that my eyesight has improved since using them, especially when there was a time that I ran out & had a clinic appt during that time where I noticed I couldn't read the chart properly.

Toxic rubbish beware
One of the capsules burst.. Leaving a toxic blue/purple residue on my t shirt that would not wash out.. I don't trust it.

Not happy.
Didn't work for me. Not easy to get out of packet. When they split getting them out, orange liquid which stained went everywhere.
