Didn't work for me
Honestly, this didn't do a thing for me. I've used vacs like this before, and watched videos, read everything i could find, done whatever I can for this to work but it just will not start. It does suck up some water but it falls straight back out again - and not into the bucket - no matter how I alter my pumping strategy to keep a steady flow/suction going, it doesn't lift a thing. I very rarely leave negative reviews, if there is any way you could check then you would see I praise where praise is due, but I can't say anything about this when it doesn't do it's job

Does it's job
My husband thought this was easy to use. The pump is used for the out door fish pond and does a good job of getting rid of debris from the bottom of the pond.

lasted for two water changes
Rather cheap and poorly made. I suppose I got what I paid for. Worked very well for the first water change, not so well for the second and wouldn't work at all when trying to empty the old tank. Problem - loose, flimsy joint fittings causing air leaks. Can't see the point in trying to repair as the material is so thin and flimsy that any repair would be purely temporary. Take my advice and spend a bit more money and buy something more sturdy and of better quality.

the blue pump its easily damaged and once is gone is all gone
Got two years and still work all though I had to mend it. It does what its supposed to and for that price you can afford to buy a new one from time to time. Don't squeeze too hardly, the blue pump its easily damaged and once is gone is all gone.

Worked brilliantly at first
Worked brilliantly at first, but when we stopped the flow and tried to start it again it wouldn't work. Next time I cleaned the tank same thing happened. So works brilliantly if you don't stop flow until you've finished! Weird, but no problem!

Don't buy this poor quality product
Tank gravel cleaner. Flexible piping that leaks and makes a mess when use it.

Does. The job but the syphon bulb is difficult to operate so it is easier to suck the water into the tube
