I looked on Amazon and found this wonderful knee wrap. I was able to get around when wearing this wrap. Best money spent. I only used the cold side by putting in the freezer for an hour or so and it was perfect. I did not heat in the microwave as I did not use heat for my sprain, Very good quality for the money paid. If you are on the fence about this item I highly recommend. I wore the wrap to physical therapy and the PT nurse thought it was perfect for my injury. She was going to go online to Amazon and order a few to have on hand for patients needing support.
