I like that they have only 5 grams added sugars, but 13 grams of fiber. The fiber content is nearly 33 to about 50% of that recommended on a daily basis, which is between 25-38 grams for adults. (if you get plenty of fiber already in your regimen, just take note,as too much fiber can cause digestive discomfort like gas and bloating. The sweeten used is Erythritol (that occurs naturally in some fruits and fermented foods) and stevia. These do not cause issues for many people. They have probiotics and prebiotics that are highly beneficial. They taste terrific! They other flavors are great as well. Eating a few a week to one per day is fine. I would say do not eat too many in a day.

These are really different from other low carb bars in one important way... THEY'RE DELICIOUS!Other bars are like... well, I guess I can eat it... it's supposed to be good for me.This one just tastes great, no compromise! It's packed full of raspberry flavor, and dark chocolate -- which together make a great combo. Give these a try, you won't regret it (unless you hate coconut).

These are the best bars ever. I buy all kinds of bars because I travel a lot. Usually, the better a bar tastes, the less healthy the ingredients. But the Truth Bar tastes absolutely incredible. AND, the ingredients are super healthy. I’ve tried probably 2 dozen different kinds of bars in the last couple of years. Truth Bars are in a league all their own. As soon as I tasted one, I ordered another box. This is a bar I can feel really good about enjoying. And, the taste is so good they are addicting. I highly recommend.

Update 2/3/20. I've had several bars in several flavors and they are all good. Very convenient! Still no stomach discomfort.I've only had one bar since they arrived, but they tasted pretty good and did not cause any stomach discomfort. I bought then to take on an upcoming trip.

I cannot tell you how great these bars taste. I got the raspberry coconut. They are as tasty as candy. This is the only flavor I’ve tried so far but I will be trying others.

Love this bar. I like that it’s tart and sweet, low sugar and this one is Vegan. I was worried that I wouldn’t like the flavor at first however now it’s out of stock and I want more!!

A little sweet. Not a lot of added sugar. Wanted only coconut & chocolate. Wish they still made those. Great customer service.
