I’ve tried a bunch of plant-based proteins, but Garden of Life consistently comes out on top for me. The vanilla flavor is smooth and not overly sweet or artificial, which makes it easy to mix into smoothies, oatmeal, or even just water when I’m in a rush. I especially appreciate that it’s made with clean ingredients, certified organic, and includes probiotics and digestive enzymes—my stomach feels good after drinking it, which isn’t always the case with other powders.At 22 grams of protein per serving, it fits perfectly into my daily macro goals without feeling too heavy. The texture can be a little gritty if you don’t blend it well, but that’s pretty standard with most plant proteins. Overall, it’s a solid, trustworthy choice if you’re looking to support muscle recovery with clean fuel.

Terrible terrible taste. I seen other people seemed to like it and I’ve heard garden of life as decent brand on Amazon. Well, to me it tasted like stale burnt watered down coffee and terrible aftertaste and pretty much un drinkable with water, milk and then I tried 1/2 water and milk. Do not recommend and I feel like I wasted my money.

I have been using Orgain protein powder for years. Since the price increased, I thought I should explore other options. I did check reviews and this product was the one I found most similar. The snickerdoodle flavor as well as the price made it enticing to try. It mixes well: no digestive issues... BUT the horrible aftertaste is enough to not try again.

I buy this brand for my mother and she doesn't mind. I personally have a bit of trouble with the pea 🫛 protein taste. I try to mask it with frozen banana 🍌 but it doesn't help much. I much prefer other protein powder but I will drink it.

Repeat buyer for this yummy flavor. I prefer Garden of Life brand over others for the superb ingredients, non chalky taste and great flavors.
