This passion led him to work in pet shops and cultivate a global community of reptile breeders. In a short time, Zoo Med Laboratories has become a leader in innovation for the care of exotic animals and reptiles. The company's success comes from a shared passion for animals: the Zoo Med team works to bring a bit of nature into homes, helping to bridge the gap with the natural world, often distanced by technology and busy life. Today Zoo Med, with over 40 years of experience, is committed to inspiring new generations to explore and care for nature. Zoo Med's assortment is wide and deep, able to satisfy every need for the care, breeding and growth of exotic land, amphibian and water animals. The Zoo Med catalog includes: Substrates, sands and soils Cages, terrariums, paludariums and reptile houses Technical equipment, heaters and lighting for cages Decorations, mangers Mineral supplements and insect and plant-based foods ... and much more ## Features - reptiles substrate - fir bark - tropical humidity - washable and re-usable - 26,8 litres ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Asin | B001F9AMW6 | | Best Sellers Rank | 26,330 in Pet Supplies (See Top 100 in Pet Supplies) 102 in Terrarium Substrate | | Brand Name | Zoo Med | | Colour | multicolor | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars (4,301) 4.7 out of 5 stars | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00097612750249 | | Included Components | Zoo Med Premium Reptile Bark | | Item Type Name | Zoo Med Premium Reptile Bark | | Item Weight | 4.2 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | CROCI | | Manufacturer Part Number | RB-24 | | Material Type | Plastic | | Model Number | RB24 | | Number Of Items | 1 | | Number Of Packs | 1 | | Pet Type | Reptile | | Product Style | 24 QUARTS/FOR 5 | | Product Warranty | 2 Years | | Set Name | Zoo Med Premium Reptile Bark | | Special Features | Made In America | | Specific Uses For Product | Outdoor | | Tank Volume | 26.4 Litres | | Target Species | Reptile | | Unit Count | 1 count | | Upc | 097612750249 | | Vivarium Type | Terrarium | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Zoo Med - **Colour:** multicolor - **Included components:** Zoo Med Premium Reptile Bark - **Item weight:** 4.2 Kilograms - **Material:** Plastic - **Special feature:** Made In America - **Specific uses for product:** Outdoor - **Style:** 24 QUARTS/FOR 5 - **Tank volume:** 26.4 Litres - **UPC:** 097612750249 ## Images ![Zoo Med Repti Bark 26.4 Litres - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81zldM2CoQL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth it *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 6 September 2026* Don't have anything to complain about, large, versatile, bang for your buck. Only thing is make sure to mix it with soil or another type of soft surface as these are quite rough as a main substrate ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great substrate for crested gecko terrarium *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 14 July 2020* This is good quality. It gives the terrarium a lovely, natural look. It smells clean and fresh. It's easy to wash for reuse. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So good I bought lots more! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 27 July 2012* I used to use aspen substrate, but I wanted something more natural looking. Repti Bark was the answer! It looks like a jungle floor and helps the humidity hold really steady. The darker colour means a darker environment for my reptile to live in! I have already ordered some more and am looking forward to using this as a substrate in all my future Vivs! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/62825460-zoo-med-repti-bark-26-4-litres](https://www.desertcart.be/products/62825460-zoo-med-repti-bark-26-4-litres) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
