The media could not be loaded. I love this milk frother! It is easy to use but also works well. I enjoy using it every morning to make hot chocolate. The only thing I need to do is pouring milk, adding chocolate power, and turn it on. A few later, I can get the best hot chocolate in the world hahaha. If you are fans of coffee, just buy one, and if you do not have enough time to make breakfast every morning, trust me, just buy one.One more thing, if you want to heat the milk, you need to replace the frothing whisk with heating whisk which can be found on the lid

The milk brother has never worked consistently since I bought it. It only turns on intermittently. Some days I plug it in and nothing will happen. I tried every plug nearby. I made sure the underneath of the pot was clean as well as the terminal it sits on. Nothing.The next day I plug it in and it works. The next day not. Very frustrating. Must have a short in the electrical component.Am hoping that they will do something.

I had bought another frother that was doing well with almond milk but went caput after a couple weeks. So after the reviews I bought this one thinking a different brand may last longer. However, this does not froth non-dairy milks- I tired pea milk, almond milk (the kind that was frothing in my old frother) and even barista-specific almond milk (that is used in cafe's and built to foam) with no result. I didn't try soy milk, but it was enough for me to just return it. :(

This milk frother is great, very easy to use and easy to clean after use. I have been using it for a week and it has to be one of the best things I have purchased for my coffee obsession recently. All you need to do is pour the milk in, hitting the button, waiting 50-60 seconds, and that's it. You choose a hot or cold setting to fit your needs for your drinks and it produces great micro-foam to make good lattes. Now I feel I make better lattes that a lot retail store out there. Overall, I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it.

I really like how this foamer works and warms the milk/creamer. But the issue I have had with two of these frothers now is that eventually, the button- switch seems to fail and you only get this to work intermittently. It isn't that old and it seems this should not be happening so soon...again. The other one I had was a different brand, but similar and they both seem to have the same problem.

Haven't had it for very long ( a month or so?) but it's holding up well. I like the non stick interior because it's easy to clean. I also like this because you can heat or froth milk. I like to warm up the milk so it doesn't cool my coffee too much. My husband loves the froth.

My husband and I both drink bulletproof coffee, which means you need a mechanism to mix the oil into the coffee. We've had a succession of handheld battery-powered whisks, but they don't tend to last long; the most recent one was replaced by the seller within three months of purchase. But in the interim, we needed something ASAP. This was next-day delivery, it was well reviewed, and it sounded sturdier than the handhelds. So we gave it a try.For frothing milk, I LOVE IT. Truly, if I was just creating amazing coffee and hot-cocoa beverages at home, this would be a five-star rating (even though I always have to rinse and wipe out the scalded milk from the bottom of the jug every time I use it). Pro tip: I had some evaporated (not sweetened condensed) milk left over from cooking, and I figured let's try it. It froths up beautifully!However, for making bulletproof coffee, this unit is more like 2.5 or 3 stars. It does incorporate the oil, but it separates back out again more quickly than it does with the handheld units. (We were pouring coffee into the jug to near the maximum line, then adding the oil -- no milk.) So when our replacement handheld arrived, we went back to that one for the oil integration. But I still use this thing 4-5 times a week just because I love the hot frothy milk.

Terrible product. Mine worked intermittently. When it did work it would always foam over. Has stop working completely after a couple months. When looking it up on Fakespot it says 86% of the reviews are fake. Amazon says 10% are 1 star. Not a good product. I’m disappointed because amazon endorsed this product in a sense by promoting it as a best seller. Terrible cheaply made expensive product.
