Never received & never responded
I ordered two milk crates but only received one. The one I received was exactly what I wanted: right size & sturdy, but was “one of one” shipment. I contacted the company & was told that they will ship the second one within a few days. It had been weeks without receiving the product so I contacted Amazon Consumer Services. They tried to contact the company but they said that the company did not respond. So, I am out the money, out of resources to help resolve the issue, & short one milk crate.

A very good milk crate!
It’s sturdy, unlike the one I replaced! My old one bent under the weight of books but this new crate is quite sturdy and will keep its shape. It’s a much better quality.
